How do you complete your profile?

Na het aanmaken van je account in Sponsorvista is het belangrijk om zowel je eigen gebruikersprofiel als het profiel van je club, vereniging of organisatie volledig in te vullen. Zo werkt het platform optimaal en zorg je voor een veilige en professionele inrichting van je sponsorbeheer.

After creating your account in Sponsorvista, it’s important to complete both your personal user profile and the profile of your club, association, or organization. This ensures the platform runs smoothly and provides a secure and professional setup for your sponsor management.

You can find your personal profile in the bottom left corner of the application.

Steps:

1. Log in at app.sponsorvista.com

2. Click your name in the bottom left corner

3. Select Profile

Here you can set the following:

Details

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Profile picture (optional)

Security

• Change your password

• Enable two-factor authentication (via email or authenticator app)

Notifications

• Set up notifications via email or in-app

• Choose which updates you want to receive (e.g. new sponsorship requests, invoices, tasks)

This profile serves as the central place to store all information about your organization. It’s useful for sponsors and for colleagues within your team.

Steps:

1. Click Club profile in the left menu (under Sponsor Ads)

2. Fill in the details of your club, association, or organization:

Basic details

• Organization name

• Address (street, postal code, city)

• Description of your club or association

• Email address and phone number

• Website and social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Statistics & background

• Number of members

• Number of teams

• Number of sports fields or halls

• Type(s) of sport or activities

• Whether you regularly organize events (such as tournaments or open days)

Extras

• Upload your logo and atmosphere photos

• Add your sponsorship policy (PDF or text), so it’s always available for internal users and potential sponsors

• Professional appearance to external parties

• Internal overview for your board or sponsorship committee

• Information is instantly available for sponsors, volunteers, or funding bodies

• All required details for accurate reporting and invoicing are ready to use
