What are Sponsor Spots in Sponsorvista?

With Sponsor Spots you indicate as a club, association, or organization where you still have space available for new sponsor boards — spots you want to open up for new sponsorship requests.

Think of locations along the main field or field 2. This information becomes visible in SponsorAds, the platform where companies can book sponsor boards.

Once you’ve listed your spots, companies can place a reservation.
You’ll receive the request in your Sponsormatches overview in your Sponsorvista account, where you can accept or decline it. If you accept, Sponsorvista takes care of the rest: from board production to payment.

How does it work?

1. Add sponsor spots
Go to the Sponsor Spots tab and enter:

• The location (e.g. Field 1 – long side or Clubhouse)

• The duration (e.g. 6 or 12 months)

• The number of available boards

You can add unlimited and flexible spots. For example: 3 spots for 12 months at a beach volleyball tournament, or 10 spots around your main field.

2. Companies view spots in SponsorAds
Sponsorvista displays your spots in SponsorAds for companies looking for local offline visibility. Companies can then:

• Choose a location

• Select the desired duration

• Submit a request

3. Request appears in your account
The reservation request shows up in your Sponsormatches overview. You’ll see:

• Company information

• The chosen spot and period

• The proposed sponsorship amount

You decide whether to accept each request.

4. Confirm and finalize
After acceptance:

• Sponsorvista arranges board design and production

• The board is shipped to your club

• You place the board yourself

• You upload a photo as proof of placement

Once confirmed, payment is released to your club.
