What are Sponsormatches in Sponsorvista?

With Sponsormatches you activate a new source of sponsorship income — without extra work. By making board spots available, your club becomes visible on the platform for hundreds of companies looking for local visibility. You decide who to accept; Sponsorvista takes care of the rest.

1. Mark available board spots

Under the Board spots menu, indicate which locations are active (available) for new sponsor boards. Examples:

• Field 1, long side

• Field 2, short side

• Above the dugout

• At the entrance

• Inside the clubhouse

You set the price and the number of boards. The duration is fixed — you only choose whether a spot is active or inactive.

2. Companies book via SponsorAds

Companies advertising through SponsorAds can see your active board spots and reserve one. They provide:

• The chosen spot

• Their company details and logo

3. Receive a request in Sponsormatches

The reservation automatically appears in the Sponsormatches tab in your Sponsorvista account. You’ll see:

• Company name

• Type of spot

• Sponsorship amount

• Board design details

4. Accept or reject the request

As a club, you can:

• Accept: if you find the company suitable

• Reject: for example, if the spot was just sold manually or the company doesn’t align with your values

5. Place the board and upload a photo

After acceptance:

• The board is automatically produced and delivered by Sponsorvista

• You place the board at the agreed location

• You upload a photo as proof of placement in the system

6. Receive your sponsorship fee

Once placement is confirmed, the sponsorship fee is paid out to your club. All communication and administration are handled through Sponsorvista.

Important limitations

• Sponsormatches are currently only available for board spots. Other types of sponsorship (e.g. shirt sponsoring or tournaments) are managed through custom deals outside the automated matching system.

• Only board spots marked as active in the system are displayed in SponsorAds.
