How do I set up recurring invoices in Sponsorvista?

Recurring invoices let you automate repeating sponsor payments. You set them up once, and Sponsorvista will generate and (optionally) send them automatically at the right intervals — monthly, quarterly, or yearly.


Step-by-step: setting up recurring invoices
  1. Go to Recurring invoices
    In the Invoicing menu, select Recurring invoices.

  2. Click + New recurring invoice

  3. Enter the details:

    • Contact person

    • Reference

    • Amount

    • Start date

    • Frequency (e.g. monthly or yearly)

    • Optional: number of repetitions

    • Optional: tick Send automatically

  4. Save
    Your recurring invoice series is now set up. Sponsorvista will automatically create the next invoice based on the schedule you defined.

What you can do in the overview

For each contact you can see:

  • Frequency

  • Invoice amount

  • Next invoice date

  • Reference

  • Whether automatic sending is enabled

You can also filter by status, frequency, or automatic sending.
